Gaskets & Shapes
Lynvale manufacture and supply flexible gaskets and shapes from a multitude of materials from neoprene foams to highly technical films and abrasive products. Our prototyping service will take your CAD drawing and cut prototypes using our Plotter cutter for approval before creating the exact tooling to produce your gasket in a full production run or we can use our CAD Plotter to cut Gaskets up to 1.4 meters x 2.4 meters, so there is very little we cannot manufacture using the machinery we have.
How We Make Them!
We have a variety of machines to produce the final shape you require, whether this is a single gasket or a sheet of them or even a roll of them. We can program into our CAD plotter cutter to prototype cut one gasket for trials, we then move to tooling up the final shape in either steel rule die that can be used on our semi automatic press or our fully automatic Hawkes Die cutting press, or we can use Rotary die cutting if there is a high volume of parts that need producing. The final result will always be a carefully manufactured part that will always be of the highest quality.
